Job Title: Level II Analyst
Overview:
XIFIN, INC ® PROVIDES A WEB-BASED APPLICATION THAT PROVIDES AN ACCOUNTS
RECEIVABLE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION FOR MEDICAL LABORATORIES.
WE ARE SEEKING A LEVEL II ANALYST TO ANSWER, TO EVALUATE,
AND TO PRIORITIZE CUSTOMER CALLS REGARDING PROBLEMS WITH A MEDICAL BILLING
SOFTWARE APPLICATION, AND EITHER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS OR TO CONTINUE
ESCALATION TO LEVEL 3. THIS POSITION WILL PERFORM
DIAGNOSTICS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT TO COLLECT INFORMATION
ABOUT PROBLEM TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF ERROR. THIS POSITION MAY REQUIRE
SOME EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK AS OUR CUSTOMER BASE SPANS MULTIPLE TIME
ZONES. EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS AND MULTI-TASKING ABILITY ARE
ESSENTIAL TO BEING SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION.

BUT THIS PERSON MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN AN OPERATIONAL SUPPORT ROLE, AS
THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPMENT ROLE.
ABILITY
TO SHIFT SCHEDULES WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS IN ALL
US TIME ZONES ARE SUPPORTED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
