We are seeking a level 2 analyst to answer, to evaluate, and to prioritize
customer calls regarding problems with a medical billing software application,
and either to resolve the problems or to continue escalation to level
3. This position will perform diagnostics with customer service and engineering
support to collect information about problem to determine the source of
error. This position may require some evening and weekend work as our
customer base spans multiple time zones. Excellent problem solving skills
